🔄 Orders & Pre-Orders
Q: When will my pre-order ship?
A: Pre-orders are currently estimated to begin dispatching between July 20-28, 2025. You’ll receive email updates nearer to the dispatch date. We appreciate your patience as your modest activewear is custom-produced with care.
Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. If you haven’t received your tracking info, please check your spam or contact us at jaaz@movemodestly.com.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: At this time, we are only shipping within the UK. We are in the works of expanding globally in the near future! Sign up to our newsletter for updates on international shipping.
👚 Sizing & Fit
Q: How do I know what size to order?
A: Each product page includes a detailed size chart. Our pieces are true to size and designed for comfortable, full-coverage fit. If you’re between sizes, due to stretch in the fabric, we would advise sizing down as this will still accommodate some fluctuation.
Q: Are your skirted leggings and co-ords suitable for all body types?
A: Yes! Our modest gym wear is made to fit and flatter women of all shapes and sizes. The skirted leggings, waist ties, and long-line tops are designed with inclusivity and function in mind.
📦 Shipping & Returns
Q: How much is shipping?
A: UK standard shipping is £3.99. We offer free shipping on all orders over £100.
Q: Can I return or exchange my items?
A: Yes — we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery for unworn items in original packaging. Please email jaaz@movemodestly.com to begin your return.
Q: What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
A: We’re so sorry! Please email us with a photo and description of the issue within 7 days of receiving your item, and we’ll make it right.
