# SHIPPING POLICY
At Move Modestly, we are committed to ensuring your order arrives safely and efficiently. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order. Please note, delivery timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed.
## Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days unless otherwise stated. During launches, promotions, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
## UK Shipping
Estimated UK delivery times are typically between 1–5 business days after dispatch.
## International Shipping
We proudly ship worldwide. Estimated international delivery times vary depending on the destination country and courier service.
Please note:
- International orders may take longer than expected due to customs clearance, courier delays, weather disruptions, or other circumstances outside of our control.
- Delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.
- Some countries may experience extended transit times.
## Customs, Duties & Taxes
International customers may be responsible for customs fees, import duties, taxes, or additional charges imposed by their country. These fees are not included in our product or shipping prices and must be paid by the customer where applicable.
Move Modestly is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
## Tracking Information
Tracking updates are dependent on the courier service and destination country. In some cases, tracking may take several days to update after dispatch, particularly for international shipments.
## Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
If you notice an error in your address, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed.
## Lost, Delayed or Stolen Parcels
Once an order has been dispatched, shipping responsibility transfers to the courier. However, we will always do our best to assist customers in locating delayed parcels and communicating with the courier where possible.
Move Modestly is not liable for:
- delays caused by couriers or customs,
- lost or stolen packages marked as delivered,
- delivery delays during peak periods or unforeseen disruptions.
## Returns & Refused Deliveries
If a customer refuses delivery or fails to collect an order resulting in the parcel being returned to us, a refund will be issued once the item has been received back and inspected. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
