Refund policy
Starting an Online Return
- Enter your email address and verification code to sign in.
- Go to your Order History, select the order and items you’d like to return or exchange, and follow the instructions. Only 4 steps are needed to complete your return request and submit it.
- Once your request is approved, you’ll receive email updates with return shipping guidelines.
You must submit your return request within 21 days of receiving your item.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.

Once your request is accepted, we’ll email you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.
⚠️ Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so that we can resolve the issue quickly.
- Faulty product: Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Lost or stolen package: Collect evidence and contact us immediately.
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
- Visibly worn items will not be accepted. If a returned item is clearly worn, the return will be rejected and you’ll need to cover shipping costs to have it sent back.
- Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get the item you want is to return your current item and place a new order.
We do allow exchanges for certain product variants (e.g., size or color). Once approved, we’ll ship your replacement item.
Refunds
- Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved, refunds will be processed as follows:
- Original payment method: 1–10 business days (depending on your bank).
- Store credit or gift card: Immediate.

VIP customers: Refund issued immediately after return request is approved.

EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without needing to provide a reason. Items must meet the same return eligibility criteria: unworn, unused, with tags, in original packaging, and proof of purchase required.
